Program Planning Materials

WELCOME!

A quick note from Dr. Liz to consider as you begin planning to lead an adventure of your own:

"Over the years we have used two formats for our Healthy Eating Adventures. One is to provide an informative community lecture and delicious plant-based evening meal after which, persons can sign up to take the 28 day training program. Another approach is for people to just sign up for the 28-day kickoff & program right from the beginning. Whole-food plant-based eating is well known now and so we usually are using the second method for registration. The most important piece is you engage your participants in the benefits and deliciousness of a whole foods plant-based lifestyle!"
