WHAT IS A 28-DAY ADVENTURE?

Healthy Eating Adventure is a social experiment in healthy living built upon the foundation of a whole food, plant-based eating lifestyle. Join us on the adventure as we offer community support, motivation and resources to help you transform your diet and your life!

A 28 Day Healthy Eating Adventure will kick off with a presentation followed by a plant-based dinner.

Coach BJ will present a “Kitchen Quick Start” that will help you plan how you will shop for food, stock your pantry, & cook according to the plant-based plan.

You will be assigned a coach and have the chance to participate in community potluck dinners where you will sample others' recipes & discuss challenges and successes

A buffet-style graduation dinner will cap off the adventure!

Share your most recent cholesterol results with Dr. George. We ask that you have a blood test before starting the Adventure & repeat this test at the end of the Adventure.

Many participants find they experience benefits such as losing weight, gaining energy, lowering cholesterol, enhancing their mood, & stabilizing blood glucose levels.
