Our Current Adventure is Creating Great Food at Penn National Golf Community

Our current Healthy Eating Adventure kicked off on January 16th. Last week Adventurers had great questions for BJ’s Kitchen MakeOver and an HEA team created our Zesty Zucchini Chili for the Chambersburg Icefest Chili Cook- off.  Adventurers have been sharing tips from their shopping trips with Roshni and Larry.  This week is “Ask the Doc” and a hands on chopping demonstration by our Shippensburg University Dining Services Director and HEA host Nick Iula.

Our Adventure graduates consistently  say, “it’s the comradary,  support and abundant variety to taste at potlucks that makes these Adventures a great success.  With these I really learned how to make simple, tasty meals for all occasions.”  Weekly potlucks  begin the 3rd week of the adventure.  Learn with the support of a coach and fellow adventurers how this program can give you a new leaf on life!
